Welcome to Bramhall Care Services
We provide Supported Living accommodation for young people who have been in the care of the Local Authority. This will be from 16-17 years old up to 18 years old. These young people may be care leavers, looked after, homeless, or who may be known to the youth offending service or separated children previously known as unaccompanied Asylum Seekers. We provide accommodation with 24-hour support on-site.
Bramhall CARE is passionate about providing young people excellent support and accommodation. Our ethos is that care experienced young people deserve a safe and nurturing home environment where they can ‘thrive’ in all aspects of their lives.
Our practice is based on a ‘person centered’ and ‘outcome focused’ environment where the young person’s wishes and feelings are at the center of everything we do. Crucially, our main goal is for the young person to achieve stability and independence. We place emphasis on our young people engaging in education, employment and obtaining sustainable accommodation. This ensures they have all the necessary skills and resources for a stable adult life.

About Us
We provide supported living accommodation to young people between the ages 16 - 17 until 18 in the North West Area. We offer all the young people in our care a safe, warm, nurturing, and empowering environment for them to live in.
