We provide exceptional accommodations and care services to young people aged 16 & 17.
Our commitment is to provide a warm, caring, and family-like environment for children in care and separated migrant children with emotional, learning, social, and behavioural difficulties.
We provide Supported Living accommodation for young people who have been in the care of the Local Authority. This will be from 16-17 years old up to 18 years old. These young people may be care leavers, looked after, homeless, or who may be known to the youth offending service or separated children previously known as unaccompanied Asylum Seekers. We provide accommodation with 24-hour support on-site.

Bramhall care provides a wide range of services to support young people towards an independent life as an adult.
We provide services ranging from practical support and advice for those at immediate risk of homelessness and for care experienced young people to help with learning and education and how to find employment, cook healthy meals or budget for household bills.
We provide professional and person-centred services tailored to meet the individual's needs.

We provide supported living accommodation to young people between the ages 16 - 17 until 18 in the North West Area. We offer all the young people in our care a safe, warm, nurturing, and empowering environment for them to live in.
